Being part of the same team, I came to know Laura months before we had the chance to see each other, as our offices were located miles apart, only by having online conversations or by telephone. The deep bound that was created speaks hugely about her perfect ability to evaluate people regardless of physical information and without prejudices.
I admire Laura for her perfect sense of reality, which she often paints in lighter colours and describes with humour. Always restless to get to the core of the problems by gently asking the most adequate questions, always striving to find and apply the most suitable solutions. She is an experienced guide for people in taking actions on the discoveries about themselves, which she helps them to find.
Always a good advice based on a quick gathering of information, by aiming the clarifying questions to the right spot and by a sharp and fair judgement. Never postponing, never refusing whoever asks for her help, to the last drop of her energy. No matter how busy working with figures or something else, she finds the time for people.
Never putting her mind to rest and always eager to know more about all domains, either science, literature, psychology, you name it. She read something about it or she will, soon. Laura knows herself so well that it gives her a perfect picture of exactly where she stands, she can do or about to do. There is never a "can't do!"
Though polite, always true to herself and others, to her strong moral values, intolerant to lack of fairness. She always speaks up, even if it hurts sometimes, never compromising. Her ears always attentive to what you say, her mind always searching for solutions, her heart always beside you and the voice always expressing exactly what she thinks.
I respect Laura as she is an honest and trusting friend, a reliable and hard-working professional, a gentle and experienced guide, the most valuable asset a person or company might want to have.
The dedication for her family that always has the first place in her heart, for her work and for people in general makes her an example to be followed or at least to be listened to and kept close to your heart or as a business collaborator. Either purpose makes her a role model for all walks of life, either personal or professional".

My life changed for the better after I met Laura. The amazing thing about her is that she did that without even trying. Why? Because she is a living example of "I can and I will".
Her personal example is an inspiration for me and thanks to her I managed to discover the better ME. For me Laura is a shining Sun in a middle of a sunflower field, because that's the effect she has on people around her. There are so many things that make me feel grateful when I think about Laura!
Since the first day she introduced herself being my superior, I felt trust, her trust was like a gift to me. I think that one of the qualities she possessed, that helped me to develop, was her trust and the ability to see the best in people, the best in me.
Of course, on my way to become a leader, sometimes I tripped, sometimes I was disappointed and afraid of failure - but Laura was always by my side; motivating me to go on, encouraging me. It is incredible how much you can make the difference when someone believes in you, gathers your pieces together, makes you see the light when all you feel is fear!
After an intense period of 12 months of learning and practicing with Laura, I succeeded in being promoted as a leader. I had my own team and at a specific moment, I didn't know much about team's operational side, but I knew for sure that I wanted to be a leader, not a boss.
I feel gratitude when I am thinking about Laura, mainly because she showed me that success goes, like friends journey, arm to arm with integrity. I treasured a lot her care for being a contribution to progress and development, to changing and adaptation and this is what I want to do too. Every single discussion we had was meaningful and delightful to me!

I have been meening for a while to speak about my friend, Laura, as she rightfully inspired me to do.
Apart from a charming and cheerful personality, every time we talk I feel as if she pushes boundaries, my boundaries, to be better and succeed, without her actually having to DO anything in that sense, but more by the way she expresses my own abilities and trusts in me to be able to use them. Sometimes, it takes just one person, the right one, to unlock the best version of you and expose it to yourself so as to give you the strength to use it.
Sad, nervous, no matter the negative state I found myself in during this past year, I could always loose direction, had it not been for a few people that showed me there is more, to me and to the distances I can travel to achieve what I want. Probably the most cut-through and influencing opinion was Laura's, who in brief encounters always managed to transpose me from a negative to a fully positive state. I am trully amazed by this and her gift, because I believe it is a gift.
That said, it has been and continues to be an honour and a great oportunity knowing Laura and I will always try to repay her with respect, great friendship and support!
